How often do individuals (single people) or couples (in committed relationships) have sex?
About once a week, according to some research, but that changes based on age and what is considered sex. Also, what is normal to one couple or a single person should not be the baseline for others. Some studies show that people today are having less sex than in past decades, and some research has shown modern technology and stress are among the factors, but sexual frequency is up among seniors.1
